It is January 24, 2825, more than a year since Midnight Ramblings was published. Over the past year, I eventually got into Mian Zhong. But will life ever be this smooth? ? --- Pancake's PE exam was a perfect score. During the exam, we were in groups of about a dozen people, and I happened to be the group leader. As is well known, Pancake isn't particularly good at PE. But the PE exam started with a bang, and the first item was a perfect score. So I hoped that everyone in my group would also get full marks. The result? It wasn't. This brings us to the time when the entrance exam results were announced. Earlier it was said that Pancake finally got into Mian Zhong. However, Pancake's classmates were not all admitted to Mian Zhong just because they applied there. There were certainly those who missed out by a hair. --- Life is like rivers; one smooth stretch doesn't mean every stretch is smooth. A friend's saying comes to mind: happiness and sorrow do not always go hand in hand.
