Yi Wei's Ramblings

Yi Xi is Yi Wei, Yi Guang is Yi Wei as well; these three are three personalities of the same person (editor's note: it's a subjective split in will, not an objective schizophrenia). Among them, Yi is the host personality (realism); Yi Xi represents Yi Wei's past (carefree in memories); Yi Guang is the self Yi Wei idealizes (thus the ideal self)

This also means Yi Wei bears most of the pain, but Yi Xi and Yi Guang were not representing avoidance?

I don't know. I can be Yi Wei, Yi Xi, Yi Guang; I can be any of the three as long as I want. The real-world pain, decomposed in the yellowing dream, why not?

But in the circular prison, it's not allowed. Those people, will use various reasons to force you to submit. The past is definite; the future is beautiful. But what about reality?

Reality is this sad.

Yi Xi

Verdict: The past me is in others' mouths as the child of others. The past me was enviable in many respects. But the past is the past; the past me can only live in the fantasy of past beautiful memories.

The past me has already died in those memories.

Identity: The dead past me (i.e., the pancake)

Meaning: Yi Xi -> Dead

Yi Wei

Identity: Realist/Escapeist

Meaning: Only the present / one-dimensional time -> no choice

Verdict: The current me is downtrodden, living in the shadows of others. I may be that the me, the me without a halo, but I am indeed the me overwhelmed by the status quo. The sad thing is, this is reality, a bright daylight, in-your-face reality.

And, the inescapable reality.

Yi Guang

Identity: Idealist

Verdict: This me is the I dream of, not troubled by mathematics, the me at the top of the peak. This me would surely be happy there...

But the reason idealism is idealism is because it cannot be dissolved by the chasm with reality.

It's time to end this farce

Let me reintroduce myself,

I, 烧瑚烙饼, real nameLiu Zihu, based in Sichuan, Mianyang, born in 2009.

Me and the Internet

I started using computers seriously in the third grade, around 2017. At that time, there was only one ancient laptop (not much older than me) with a Pentium III processor. Of course, the laptop's performance wasn't great. But it was with this nearly on its last legs laptop that I rode the internet's express in 2019.

To this day, I remember my first website was built with a vaguely found DedeCMS. Later I used DiscussZ (I think that's how it's spelled), XenForo, Flarum, etc. After enduring the torture of z-blog, emlog (there wasn't Pro yet, and I didn't know where the so-called 6.0 leaked from), I finally went the WordPress route, with Typecho as a more proper path.

Me and the Blog

After setting up WP and Ty, it doesn't mean the blog has content; you still need content creation. But back then Laobing used free virtual hosts (there was no MoFang yet; all swapIDC; that old relic is likely abandoned). Not to mention maintaining consistent output is a problem.

Later Laobing started middle school; conditions got better, so there was money to buy a server.

Of course, still Typecho, because WordPress's historical baggage is as heavy as this issue. In late 2022, Laobing's first continuously updated blog—Laobing's Ramblings—was born. Unfortunately, at that time I was cheap and used a Leqing 19.9 three-month server (not saying their quality is bad; they are larger now), but later the server crashed and there was nowhere to back up.

Thus, the second generation of Ramblings was built with Hexo again. Later I heard about Mix Space; after using it, I hopped between WordPress, Ty, Halo, MX.

It turned out that deep inside I still like MX, so you can see most of this site for a long time in Kami or Shiro style.

2022 was just a commemorative time point; the real start had to be 2023.

I am the glorious student of Mianyang, 16 years old, a student.

Currently just an ordinary student.

Preface

Time really goes by fast; in the blink of an eye, 545 days have passed since the first article was published.

And I, too, have successfully ghosted for almost 540 days passed the high school entrance exam and been admitted to my desired high school.

With acquaintances I am very or even extremely extroverted With no acquaintances I transform into an introverted shy boy (not really)

Hard to deal with

Half-cheerful half-depressed (not pathological)

When in a good mood (for example, scoring second; absolutely not first) I am cheerful; when criticized or mocked, I tend to become depressed (for example, my math on the first test got 100; a certain math teacher didn't excuse me from homework; after adjusting with politics/history I dropped to third)

Pursuit of Simplicity

Especially in UI design and programming, I love my Material Design! (pronounced)

Never use expired features

Against Noise

I hate visiting relatives (to avoid interactions with aunts and uncles)

Poor at Sports

Since childhood I have disliked moving, so in elementary school I didn't participate in a single personal project

So in first-year PE I scored 37 out of 80

The 1000m run time was 6:04, quite impressive

Thus I trained in the rain to cope with the high school entrance exam
